Hi I'm Darcy. I'm a pupil from Tenbury High school, who is doing my work experience at Sign-Rite UK, with the Sign-rite crew, Cathie, Clancy, and Shawn. As art is my favourite subject at school, I thought it would be a good idea to come and work for Sign-Rite for my work experience placement, as I would get a better understanding of graphic art and design. As well as the art side of this brilliant company, I shall be learning about office work, computer and internet design and advertising, and helping out with the actual design and construction of some of these amazing signs, fun graphics, wheelcover designs, labels, etched glass effect signs and much, much more! I would recommend Sign-Rite UK to anyone who was interested in buying a sign, whether it be for a business or for personal use. Also, I think that anyone who, like me, would like to go into art and design as a profession, should consider working or taking a placement at Sign-Rite as they would learn a great deal about the graphics and design aspect of this type of art, and would benefit from the many years of wisdom and knowledge from the Sign-Rite company. I hope this experience will ready me for the working world, and I shall report back when I have finished my work experience to tell you more of this interesting and inspiring company.
